Terms and Conditions
Entrants must be free and available to travel to the USA Tuesday 20th August 2024, returning to Australia Wednesday 28th August 2024. The prize winners will be responsible for all expenses not outlined in the prize description including but not limited to food and beverage, gratuities, activities, souvenirs, and the securing of and payment for any Visa expenses required for entry into the US. The prize cannot be changed or deferred to another date. No cash alternative. By participating, the entrant agrees to be bound to these terms & conditions and the decisions of United, and agrees to waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the contest mechanics and/or the interpretation of these terms & conditions.
Game of Skill
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Entry is open to any Australian registered travel agent, travel broker or mobile agent who sells and book United Airlines into the USA as a tourist destination from Australia.
3. The Promotion commences on 4th March 2024 – 6th May 2024 4. To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period: Agents must complete the United Airlines Training Modules and book 1 United Airlines tickets from Australia to the USA. Tickets must be on UA ticket stock 016. And must include a transpacific sector. Agents also responsible to note booking number to provide to UA. • Six Agents will win a trip to Virginia for a Dirty Dancing Weekend. • Agents must register their details with a UA Ticket number. • Two Agents selling the most UA Flights will win a spot. • Two agents listing the most Virginia room nights will win a spot. • Two agents explaining why they want to visit Virginia with the most creative 25 words or less will win a spot (judged by Karryon).
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
5. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Chance plays no part in determining the winning.
6. The Prizes: • Six (6) Places on the ‘Time of Your Life in Virginia’ retail agent fam trip. • 3 Nights on a Dirty Dancing weekend at Mountain Lake Lodge • 3 Nights in Virginia • All accommodation, touring and activities as stated in final itinerary will be provided • 50% of meals
7. Flights depart from Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. Not included: • Transfers to departure city • Airline taxes • Incidentals
